if i were a principal

ladies and gentlements

thanks for master of ceremony, audiences,adjudicators, and those of you who support me.

ladies and gentlements we believe that everybody has a desire . and we know that everybody has many task to do. and in education at school principal has a big task to encourage the students and the teacher. and also principal as a educator who has a big role at school. they are about teaching method or styles for all students. and if i were a principal, i dont believe any dramatic teaching breakthrough will occur in the near future. but i do believe the four things that im going to share with you now.

the first evidence is about most of students feel bored when they are at school. and they are miss the class when they are at home. the reason why students feel bored is konvensional method of  learning. so teachers should implements several teaching method or combine that methods. and also teachers should know that every students has a spesific  type of  learning that work best for them. the next reason is get more attention to the students as the subject of the lesson and not as the object of the lesson.

the second evidence is make a class like a theater.which means that all of students get involve being an actor of  learning. students have to get an active learning. and not just by sitting at class, listening to the teachers, memorizing , and spitting out the answers. but students have to try to be like a teacher that teach their friends. while the teachers himself being a supervisor or like a controller for all students.  it has been proved. if we teach others we  can be more remember the lesson. the net reason is students also can be more proactive in communicating with their friends. so students can feel how if they are being a teacher and they can be more appreciate the existance of the teacher.

the third evidence is teachers should be a great motivator for all students and they should change the pessimist character into optimist character. because this is the real task of them. even the teachers must be  their parents at school. the question is how is the teachers give the motivation for all students.???  of course the teachers should know about the amazing effect of a praisement. if the teacher praises a student. she will be happy . and my suggestion is "call their name" . when the teacher call the student's name , the students feel more actknowledge  their existance. so students feel more having spirit to devote time and energy to learning the matter.

the fourth evidence is about the joke. do u know joke??? yeah joke is the shortest distance both of them. that means teachers have to addition a joke when learning procces. because of what?? because joke as a cooling down when learning procces. therefore brain is not forced to study continuously. and actually a joke can make students to be more fresh and more enjoy in the learning procces.

i strongly believe by implementing those four major point will create a better condition of our school. and also it will enhance students motivation and will to study more. so they are not bored at classroom.

this is the task of me if i were a principal. the last thing that should be done is implementing that four things in the classroom. so teachers can copy or imitate what i do.
